Delivery Timeline
Most items are delivered within 2-5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Scope
We deliver throughout Bangladesh. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated during the ordering process via WhatsApp.
Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or with printing defects, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Quality Standards
We take pride in our print quality. Minor variations in color or slight ink coverage differences are normal in the printing process. If the printed product significantly differs from the approved design or specifications, we will address it.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized print orders cannot be cancelled or returned after printing has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Refund Policy
Refunds for damaged or defective products will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Note that printing costs are non-refundable once the print job has commenced.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before printing begins. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production.
